He was for many years flying cutoff OTO MILLS Spa (Marcegaglia Group) responsible and now he is E.T. team President and Founder. E.T. team srl collects a technicians team to supply high technology applications at reduced costs and professional consultation. The recent international norm, European Norms and CE Marking, impose the respect of Safety and Environment and they assume a fundamental importance in the plan and in the use of machines and systems. E.T.team srl has developed for the mill tube production field a series of cutoff cold saw (Models ETC in phase of recording. Protected according to regulations °6/2002/CE) Noise Risk and Health Risk are the base of this project because E.T. team want to promote the "safety culture" and the Environment respect. The results of our job are a low noisiness Accelerators, a reduced energetic consumption and a silent cut non dangerous for the Workers Health. In the development of the plan we have followed the traditional engineering criteria: study of availability, preliminary lay out, creation of "virtual prototype". E.T.team want to support directly the company that they wants to improve the productive processes, realize new solutions and adapt the structure to the new normative (Directive Machine and Directive Safety and Health at work) without invest in interior technical units. E.T. team offers an effective support and a continuous attendance and this is rendered available only from one company integrated in the Web world. The advanced technologies permit to realize machines with reduced environment impact and to improve the production processes in the respect of the Health and Environment, but yet they demand greater beginning investments than the traditional technology. In order to overcome this problem E.T.team supports the company in the development and realization of mechanical projects with use of the new web instruments. In order to limit technical office management cost, E.T.team offers to his customers a new service: THE CUSTOMER WEB OFFICE.In the E.T.team web site the customer is able to look and to directly order from PC whichever project, virtual prototype or document exclusively realized by E.T.team for him. The customers access codes are protected by both software and USB hardware key; E.T.team guarantee the protection of the information through appropriate system. |
